Hard Workin' Man

A couple weekends ago, we had a friend come over to help with a repair on the Explorer. Jake was VERY interested and loved "helping" out. Luckily, Chad was a good sport and didn't mind the help, otherwise known as distraction. Jake loves playing with real tools, which usually isn't allowed, but there was an exception for the morning... Just the part that needs fixing ;-)...

Here he is showing off his workin' man hands. The way he reacted to the dirt and grease was really kind of funny. He didn't have any problems with the dirt for a long time, then suddenly noticed it (and decided he needed a break), so asked for his hands washed. He kept repeating, "Dirty, dirty." We washed his hands and took a little break inside, then it was back to again for more grease fun. This cycle happened 3 times!
