Halloween Festivities, Part 1

Part of our Halloween festivities included carving a pumpkin. Jake took part in this festivity for about 5 minutes, then it was up to Mom and Dad. Not surprisingly, we captured quite a few pictures of those 5 minutes... I don't think he was big fan of pumpkin guts...

and the final product....a pumpkin we like to call the "Jake-o-Lantern." Kevin suggested the idea of making the mouth like Jake's; two teeth on bottom, one on top. I thought it was a great idea, then said it would be a Jake-o-Lantern, so there you have it, lit up on our front porch...
